A five-class online series designed to provide you with the knowledge, understanding and exercise tools to maximize your spinal health.
“The class made sense of my body—it’s not just a bewilderingly random history of limitations and injuries emerging at various joints: neutral spine is a framework for understanding those and approaching them productively. Very glad I did the class—just wish I had taken it when I was 6.”
“Lisa Blackburn is the most talented and caring physical therapist I have ever seen. She has given me the care, knowledge and skills which have enabled me to stay pain and injury free. She has helped me to take better care of my body and has also helped me to change my thinking to enable me to be healthy in mind, body and spirit.”
