Back to Normal is a four class series designed to provide you with the knowledge, understanding and exercise tools to maximize your spinal health. Whether you are having pain or want to improve your athletic performance – posture, body mechanics and deep core strength are critical to achieving your goals.
Back to Normal–redesigned! This is our foundational movement class.
We have changed the format of the Back to Normal with Neutral class to make it more accessible to new clients and to make it easier for alumni to attend review sessions without committing to an entire 4 week class! We have shortened the class structure to be 4 sixty-minute classes, signed up for and paid for, a la carte ($50/session). If you are new to BTN (Back to Normal) you will still need to take the sessions in sequential order but you can space them to work with your schedule. Content is the same whether you take it with Lisa Blackburn, PT at Blackburn Physical Therapy or with Sarah Booker, ATC at Athletic Restoration so you can mix and match where you take the classes. Classes are limited to 5 participants.
If you are an alum of Back to Normal with Neutral, these classes are based on that series, providing an opportunity to review and practice.
A PDF of the exercises that are taught in each session will be sent electronically before attending the session (1,2,3,4), and/or a hard copy of the full manual can be purchased ($30 Color).

Please track the sessions you have attended in order to ensure you attend all four classes in sequence.
