Class 1: ALIGN – In the introductory class we will look at alignment in various postures and gait. We will learn to identify neutral spine as it pertains to these activities and try to identify areas of restriction that are making the achievement of neutral spine difficult.
Exercise Component: Foam Roller Postural Restoration Program, Bolster Positional Releases, Calf and Lower Extremity Strap Stretching.
Required Equipment: 36” Foam Roller, stretching strap, towels/blankets
Optional Equipment: yoga bolster, yoga block
